ok so im offically broken up, thats right no school or revision for two whole weeks. You could say im rather happy about this. And youd be right. That feeling were you know you just need a break had come, my concentration was low hence i felt really tired. so yea point being i like christmas.
Now i d0nt really watch that much tv but one program really caught my eye as i flicked channels, the hour long program basically was a documentory on this uk fat camp that overwight teens go to make friends, and (find love,) yes that was part of the imformation about the show. The thing about the program was that, it was so nicey nicey. The people in charge took them for long walks only to allow them to go back after ten mins because the were all out of breath. o and futhermore told them it wasent there fault they were fat. This annoyed me because it is, they chose to be lazy and eat crap food, but some one who is meant to be helping them is shielding them from the truth that only you are to blame for your own actions. If i was there i would make them run all day. now dont think im cruel but if you want to lose wight a controlled diet and massive doses of exercise are needed. And i wasent suprised when at the end of the show all the kids had achived was crying about how fat they were.
